Red Properties has successfully completed the strategic acquisition of a prime four-property assembly across from Winskill Park (845, 881, 865 56th Street & 5596 9th Avenue). This assembly sits directly across from the site of the upcoming $130 million Winskill Aquatic & Fitness Centre, scheduled for completion in 2028.
